A Penchant for Gravity, A Love for Harmony:
Meditation with One Heart Qigong
Our physical existence is derived from the sun’s energies and the earth’s living biosphere. Gravity becomes your friend as soon as you stand, pulling up your weight bearing body and feeling your feet firmly on the ground. The pull of gravity immediately energizes all the living cells charging them with electromagnetic energy augmented by the Qi light of the cosmos.
Life energy (Qi) flows through as you breathe and move your body weight, shifting posture and limbs to spread and circulate the Light pulsing throughout your being. As your lower body and feet feel Nature’s bonding, slack and weakened cells awaken to rejuvenate muscle, blood, and bone growth.
To begin, liberate your consciousness by becoming fully body present and fully aware of the energy flow harmonizing the entire body with light and vitality. Feel the pull of gravity reaching into your hands and feet releasing the pent-up stagnant energy out into the ground.
One Heart Meditative Qigong exercises can restore an affinity for Nature’s energies and gravitational forces to regenerate our body. Coupled with awakening the serene heart that harmonizes our inner environment to restore, empower and unify mind, body and consciousness whole. Regeneration & Brain Health
Neuroscience for long says that the adult brain is unable to grow new cells to replace old, aging neurons. Until only recently, it was thought that the number of neurons we're born with is fixed – that the central nervous system, including the brain, is incapable of neurogenesis and unable to regenerate to grow new brain cells. In other words, as brain neurons age and die off, our cognitive ability and memory rapidly declines and inevitably we become victims of senility, mental confusion, dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Now the good news. New research (Queensland Brain Institute (QBI), 2017)) shows evidence of the presence of latent stem cells in the brain that can grow to become vibrant, healthy functioning neurons to replace old cells in the shrinking grey matter. The stem cells regenerate the brain’s hippocampus, that is responsible for basic, normal cognitive, memory and resiliency functions. Neurogenesis can repair the damaged hippocampus and restore healthy brain functions.
Similarly, QBI researchers have shown that adult brain cells are produce by stem cells in another part of the brain-- the amygdala (emotional brain), that is crucial in processing emotional memories. Damaged neurons here can lead to emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety and PTSD. The regenerated brain cells in the amygdala brain has the ability to process fear to restore emotional balance and health. There is evidence now that you could change that – reverse that shrinkage and reverse any loss of learning in memory by stimulating both the production of these new nerve cells, within the hippocampus and amygdala.
It is well known that exercise has a positive influence on cognitive function, learning and memory during aging. However, it is not known what mechanism in exercise can improve cognitive function or could prevent or even reverse cognitive decline. However, the research on Qigong holistic exercise have clearly demonstrated brain, emotional balance and heart health over the extended lifespan. One Heart QiGong practice is one effective way.
Qigong Holistic Exercise
Qigong is an ancient breakthrough in the art of healing that goes far beyond the health benefits of conventional physical exercise. Qigong’s unique feature
Is the Light of life (Qi), the boundless Consciousness flowing in to rejuvenate, regenerate and harmonize our aliveness.
Below, is a practice video using two energy exercises from One Heart Qigong. Find some quiet time to watch, listen and experience the Qi flow and healing Consciousness. As usual, move away from the thought process and be body presence to feel the serene light of life.

Happy Thanksgiving Day 2018
A heart full of gratitude as opposed to the anguish of negative energies such as anxiety, anger and fear, whether self-generated or spontaneous, produce a physiologically more coherent heart rhythm pattern. A deeper heart beat frequency signals the brain and whole body to let go biologically to overcome life’s adversities.
At the molecular level, the genetic code is altered reducing the risk of disease. In gratitude/ heartfulness meditation, the practitioner experiences a radiant harmonious heartbeat and flow of vibrant energy that epitomize radiance, joyous wellbeing and longevity.
A grateful person is a happy and healthy person
